Eighth: Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping is available to eligible governorates within Egypt and to international destinations through courier companies contracted with the Company.

Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must:

In case of visible damage or incorrect Product, customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, retaining the packaging, labels, and invoice.
Ninth: Return and Exchange Policy
1. Accepted Cases for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange is accepted only in the following cases:
Receiving a Product not matching the order;
Receiving a damaged or manufacturing-defective Product;
An error in preparation or shipping by the Company.
2. General Conditions
A return or exchange request must be submitted within no more than 14 days from the date of receiving the Product.
The Product must be:

Coupon Validity:
